Smelting duplicates
#Select duplicate cards or sacrifice coins. The Forge shows exactly which resources you will receive before you commit. A high grade duplicate is worth more than a low grade copy, so check the preview before you send a 10.0 card into the fire.
Smelting removes the copy from your inventory. The card stays in your album as collected, and the resources go straight to your balance.
Llama Marks
#Llama Marks are the prestige currency. They come from Forge smelting, daily completion bonuses, event missions, promo duplicates, variant mastery, raids, the Black Market, gifts, and promo codes. They buy permanent upgrades and the Llama Mark Shop stock.
Ascension Crystals
#Crystals pay for Limit Break on standard cards. The Forge is one source, alongside raids, the Golden Wool Market, and towers. Because every standard card needs them at the level cap, crystals are the resource you will spend most often.
What to buy first
#Start with upgrades that improve every run: coin income, pack value, and Arena starting resources. Cosmetic upgrades and titles can wait. A prestige upgrade compounds; a one time item does not.
The Llama Mark Shop also sells solo raid keys. Buy a key when you want to test a team or when no global raid is live, not as a permanent sink.
