Where codes appear
#The Discord server is the first place for a new code. X, Bluesky, and Mastodon follow, and event news repeats the code while the event is live. A code posted in a news entry is usually time limited.
How to redeem
#Open the giftbox from the main screen, enter the code, and confirm. The reward lands immediately in the account. The giftbox shows the reward text before you confirm, so you can see whether the code is for coins, Glaze, a card, or a cosmetic.
What codes can contain
#Codes have included coins, Glaze, Llama Marks, exclusive promo cards, and cosmetics. The exact reward is part of the code definition and does not change after it is published.
If a code does not work
#Check the spelling and the case. Most codes are case sensitive. Check the expiry date and whether the code has a redemption limit. If the code is still live and the game rejects it, contact support with the code and your trainer name.
